Shipping

Nicola Mazel Art and Design will aim to dispatch orders within 1 – 3 business days. Orders going to UK addresses should arrive within 3 – 5 days. Delivery of international orders can take up to 3 or 4 weeks.

Proof of postage is retained for each parcel sent. Please take care to enter your delivery address accurately. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.

Currently we ship to the UK, and a selection of countries in Europe.

UK

We will only charge for sending paintings and prints in the UK. Homeware will be delivered without a charge. Given that original artwork is irreplaceable, we use Special Delivery for these products. This means there is a higher charge on original artwork to guarantee the safe delivery of your chosen artwork.

Europe

There is a shipping charge on all items to Europe to cover costs. With original artworks, we use Special Delivery, which means the charge is higher to guarantee safe delivery of your chosen piece of art.

What if my purchase does not arrive?

Nicola Mazel Art and Design retains proof of postage for every shipped item. For original artwork, your purchase should arrive safely, because it will be tracked and requires you to sign when you receive your purchase. If your purchase does not arrive, please email colour@nicolamazelartndesign.com so that we can investigate.

Returns

We do hope you are happy with your purchase.

If you are not happy please get in touch within 14 days. Please note that postage can only be refunded if you received the incorrect item. If you change your mind about an item then you will have to pay for the return postage. You will then receive a full refund of your original purchase.

If you see that your order is damaged, please do not accept the package. If you can, please photograph the damaged package. Then contact us at colour@nicolamazelartndesign.com immediately and upload your photograph. If you receive the item and then you find the contents are damaged, please photograph the damaged item/s and contact us at the same email address, with an uploaded photograph, and then send back the damaged item.

A note on packaging

We try to source green packaging within our budget. This will be a continuous process.
